We require a 50% deposit to confirm a booking. The deposit is refundable @ minus 10% admin fees if   cancellation is made 7 days before actual date of arrival and thereafter there will be no refund. If you have paid the full amount we will refund you 90% if you cancel 7 days before actual date.
