On the R71 from Polokwane to Phalaborwa, before you get to Tzaneen, you'll find a Sasol Garage on your right hand side - drive past that garage. At the 4 way stop turn left towards Tzaneen Dam into the street that becomes voortreker rd. There will be a shopping complex (Aqua Mall) on your left hand side. 

At the next 4 way stop yield to the left into Aqualane. The first street on your right is John Smith, turn right into it. After that, turn left into Koos Nel Street. Drive past Gerit Kruger St. The next street on your right is Tom Van Ardt - look for No: 09, it will be on your left.
